Il costruttore premium francese e il suo team DS TECHEETAH hanno ottenuto i primi punti per la classifica mondiale, con l\u20198\u00b0 posto di Jean-\u00c9ric Vergne e il 10\u00b0di Antonio Felix Da Costa. Ma le DS E-TENSE FE20 avrebbero meritato di pi\u00f9 in Arabia Saudita!<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Naturalmente questo risultato non corrisponde alle nostre aspettative\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> riconosce <strong>Xavier Mestelan Pinon, Direttore di DS Performance<\/strong>. <em>\u00ab\u00a0\u00c9 stato uno degli scenari pi\u00f9 difficili da immaginare, ma una cosa \u00e8 sicura: \u00a0sia nelle qualifiche che in gara i nostri piloti hanno dimostrato che abbiamo un\u2019ottima auto e sappiamo di avere delle possibilit\u00e0 di vincere nel corso della stagione. Naturalmente per raggiungere questo risultato dovremo evitare di commettere errori, e questo sar\u00e0 l\u2019obiettivo per il prossimo appuntamento a Santiago.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Oggi <strong>Antonio Felix Da Costa \u00e8 stato il pi\u00f9 veloce nelle prove libere<\/strong> , e ha siglato il miglior tempo nelle prove di qualifica. Purtroppo, dopo l\u2019eccesso di ottimismo nel giro unico in Super Pole, il portoghese \u00e8 dovuto partire dalla 5a posizione in griglia. In gara ha lottato ma ha urtato S\u00e9bastien Buemi, in modo assolutamente non intenzionale e ha dovuto scontare una penalit\u00e0 (un Drive Through\u00a0) scendendo fino al 10\u00b0 posto finale. Come premio di consolazione, si \u00e8 aggiudicato il punto bonus del miglior giro in gara<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Anche se non siamo arrivati dove volevamo, la giornata ci ha regalato diverse cose positive\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> conferma il nuovo pilota DS TECHEETAH. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Siamo stati i pi\u00f9 veloci nelle prove libere e nelle qualifiche, e in gara stavo rimontando. Essere stati in lizza per la vittoria dimostra che la nostra DS E-TENSE FE20 \u00e8 veloce ed efficiente. Quest\u2019anno abbiamo le carte in regola per lottare costantemente nelle prime posizioni. Purtroppo ho ricevuto questa penalit\u00e0 per un incidente che secondo me era impossibile evitare. <\/em><em>\u00c8<\/em><em> un peccato, ma questo non influisce sulla fiducia che ho acquisito oggi e\u2026 appuntamento alla prossima gara!\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Difficile avvio di mattinata per il due volte campione in carica Jean-\u00c9ric Vergne. La sua uscita di strada nelle prove libere ha infatti obbligato il team a sostituire la batteria della sua monoposto e costretto il francese a partire dall\u2019ultima posizione in griglia. Ha anche dovuto effettuare uno Stop and Go\u00a0di 10 secondi a inizio gara. Ma la sua rimonta fino all\u20198\u00b0 posto finale dimostra la sua assoluta determinazione e la sua velocit\u00e0 di punta.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Con questa doppia penalit\u00e0 sapevo che sarebbe stato complicato\u00bb,<\/em> racconta JEV. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Ma comunque sono riuscito a sfruttare una neutralizzazione di gara e mi sono avvicinato al gruppo. Ho fatto anche parecchi sorpassi. \u00c8 stato molto divertente, soprattutto quando ho superato due auto contemporaneamente nella stessa curva e per due giri di fila.
