{"id":43003,"date":"2020-01-29T18:29:53","date_gmt":"2020-01-29T17:29:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.abmnews.com\/blog\/?p=43003"},"modified":"2020-01-29T18:29:55","modified_gmt":"2020-01-29T17:29:55","slug":"la-sicurezza-citroen-la-tenuta-di-strada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.abmnews.com\/blog\/la-sicurezza-citroen-la-tenuta-di-strada\/","title":{"rendered":"LA SICUREZZA CITRO\u00cbN: LA TENUTA DI STRADA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Fin dall\u2019inizio della sua storia centenaria, Citro\u00ebn chiese ai suoi progettisti automobili affidabili e sicure.<\/p>\n<p>Nella prima met\u00e0 degli anni \u201820, Citro\u00ebn introdusse la carrozzeria \u201ctutto acciaio\u201d, capace di proteggere gli occupanti della vettura e garantire maggiore sicurezza rispetto alle coeve soluzioni realizzate in legno e ferro.<\/p>\n<p>Poi la svolta arriv\u00f2 con la Traction Avant che univa alla costruzione monoscocca \u201ctutto acciaio\u201d delle straordinarie doti di sicurezza attiva, grazie alla frenatura idraulica (in un\u2019epoca in cui i freni erano a corde e bacchette), la trazione anteriore e la sospensione a barre di torsione.<\/p>\n<p>Grazie al baricentro basso, ottenuto con l\u2019eliminazione del tunnel di trasmissione e la pi\u00f9 razionale distribuzione degli organi meccanici che permetteva di abbassare l\u2019intera carrozzeria, le doti dinamiche della Traction apparvero da subito straordinarie: facile da guidare e sicura in ogni condizione, alla sua apparizione nel 1934 la nuova Citro\u00ebn ridefin\u00ec il concetto stesso di tenuta di strada.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Due anni dopo, lo stesso eccezionale team di tecnici che avevano progettato la Traction si mise al lavoro su un nuovo modello che a partire dal 1948 avrebbe motorizzato l\u2019Europa: la 2CV.<\/p>\n<p>Semplice ma tutt\u2019altro che banale, la sospensione a ruote indipendenti della piccola Citro\u00ebn era talmente morbida e confortevole da permettere alla 2CV di viaggiare su ogni tipo di terreno con un livello di comfort ben sopra la media. I tecnici di Citro\u00ebn riuscirono a raggiungere l\u2019obiettivo di non limitare la morbidezza della vettura e garantire al contempo una notevole tenuta di strada, grazie ad una inedita sospensione a interazione (tra le ruote davanti e le posteriori) con grandi molle elicoidali laterali, ammortizzatori a frizione e \u201cbattenti a inerzia\u201d, ovvero dei cilindri fissati a ciascuna ruota contenenti un peso in grado di spostarsi verticalmente in un liquido che ne frena le oscillazioni.<\/p>\n<p>La 2CV risult\u00f2 estremamente stabile, al punto che negli anni \u201870 la rete commerciale di Citro\u00ebn Italia, all\u2019epoca diretta da Vittorio Bai, arriv\u00f2 ad offrire una 2CV o una Dyane nuova a chiunque fosse riuscito a ribaltare la propria: le bicilindriche Citro\u00ebn non solo aderivano alla strada \u201ccome un magnete alla porta del frigo\u201d, ma risultarono praticamente irribaltabili!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nel 1955 arriv\u00f2 la DS19 che introdusse la sospensione idropneumatica e dove lo stesso team di progettisti affin\u00f2 ulteriormente la ripartizione delle masse: spostandone due terzi sull\u2019avantreno, realizzarono di fatto la prima di una lunga serie di vetture (che oltre alle ID e DS comprende GS, SM, BX, XM e Xantia!) che possono viaggiare con solo tre ruote, restando stabili anche con una delle ruote posteriori completamente rimossa.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Alla ricerca dell\u2019assoluto nel settore del comfort e della tenuta di strada, negli anni \u201890 Citro\u00ebn produsse quella che \u00e8 tutt\u2019oggi l\u2019auto di serie capace di sopportare la maggior accelerazione laterale senza perdere aderenza: la Xantia Activa, dove un sistema di martinetti idraulici lavora sulle barre antirollio anteriore e posteriore per garantire l\u2019assoluta orizzontalit\u00e0 della scocca anche nelle curve pi\u00f9 impegnative, aiutando il telaio a mantenere orizzontale la superficie d\u2019appoggio delle gomme sulla strada.<\/p>\n<p>Il sistema fu concepito originariamente da Paul Mag\u00e8s, l\u2019inventore della sospensione idropneumatica e collaudato negli anni \u201850 su alcune DS sperimentali dove forn\u00ec strabilianti risultati nell\u2019uso veloce della vettura. L\u2019idea fu poi sviluppata ulteriormente sui due prototipi Activa e Activa2 (rispettivamente del 1988 e del 1990), poi adottata su Xantia Activa a partire dal 1994.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Oggi, nuove soluzioni tecnologiche Citro\u00ebn permettono di garantire una tenuta di strada senza compromessi, massimizzando al contempo il comfort di guida. Disponibili su SUV Citro\u00ebn C5 Aircross e su Citro\u00ebn C4 Cactus, le sospensioni con Smorzatori Idraulici Progressivi<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> permettono di filtrare meglio le asperit\u00e0 della
