{"id":43657,"date":"2020-02-12T17:29:10","date_gmt":"2020-02-12T16:29:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.abmnews.com\/blog\/?p=43657"},"modified":"2020-02-12T17:29:13","modified_gmt":"2020-02-12T16:29:13","slug":"i-motori-peugeot-della-serie-tu-per-quasi-30-anni-sotto-i-cofani-di-106-205-206-307-405","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.abmnews.com\/blog\/i-motori-peugeot-della-serie-tu-per-quasi-30-anni-sotto-i-cofani-di-106-205-206-307-405\/","title":{"rendered":"I MOTORI PEUGEOT DELLA SERIE TU PER QUASI 30 ANNI SOTTO I COFANI DI 106, 205, 206, 307, 405"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Molto robusto, affidabile e dai costi di gestione molto contenuti queste alcune delle caratteristiche peculiari dei motori PEUGEOT della famiglia TU originariamente alimentati a benzina. <strong>Prodotti<\/strong> da PSA a partire <strong>dal 1986 e fino al 2014<\/strong>, quando sono stati sostituiti dai motori della serie Ep ed EB (finiti, ad esempio, su PEUGEOT 208) hanno trovato alloggiamento in tantissimi cofani di vetture col Leone sulla calandra, ma non solo. Anche Citro\u00ebn hanno adottato questi motori per via delle indubbie qualit\u00e0 complessive.<\/p>\n<p>Una grande famiglia di motori che per molti anni ha costituito la pi\u00f9 diffusa motorizzazione dei modelli PEUGEOT e Citro\u00ebn tanto da poterla definire come la <strong>spina dorsale della produzione a benzina di PSA<\/strong>. Le cilindrate andavano <strong>dai 954 cm<sup>3<\/sup> fino ai 1.587 cm<sup>3<\/sup><\/strong>. Nato come motore a benzina ad otto valvole, la famiglia dei nel corso degli anni ha avuto due significativi sviluppi: il primo fu la variante a gasolio e il secondo la versione con testata a 16 valvole. Grazie a queste evoluzioni, le potenze spaziavano dai 44 CV del TU9\/K di 954 cm<sup>3<\/sup> ai 125 CV del TU5 da 1.587 cm<sup>3<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I motori TU nascono dallo sviluppo della generazione di motori della famiglia XW che li hanno preceduti, generazione rimasta in produzione fino al 1987. Rispetto a questa famiglia, i motori della serie TU ovviavano a problemi come la difficolt\u00e0 nell\u2019effettuare interventi di manutenzione anche ordinaria, data l\u2019inclinazione del motore di 72 gradi verso l\u2019abitacolo e l\u2019olio del motore che lubrificava anche il cambio.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I motori TU dispongono tutti di un <strong>monoblocco in lega leggera<\/strong> con l\u2019unica eccezione del TU5 di 1587 cm<sup>3<\/sup> che ha un monoblocco in ghisa e, sempre ad eccezione del TU5, tutti nascono come motori alimentati da <strong>carburatore<\/strong>. Alcuni tra questi rimangono tali fino alla prima met\u00e0 del 1992 quando, per allinearsi alla <strong>normativa antinquinamento \u201cEuro 1\u201d <\/strong>in vigore dal 1\u00b0 gennaio 1993, ricevono una nuova alimentazione ad <strong>iniezione elettronica<\/strong> con mono iniettore.<\/p>\n<p>Nel corso degli anni, a seguito dell\u2019introduzione delle nuove normative antinquinamento, sempre pi\u00f9 severe, il motore TU riceve costanti aggiornamenti, compresa l\u2019iniezione multipoint che ne migliora ulteriormente l\u2019erogazione. Sempre a seguito dell\u2019introduzione di sempre pi\u00f9 severe normative antinquinamento, la cilindrata minore di 954 cm<sup>3<\/sup> viene tolta dalla produzione alla fine del 2000, perch\u00e9 non pi\u00f9 in grado di rispondere dal gennaio 2001 alla nuova normativa <strong>Euro 3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Orientarsi nelle molteplici sigle<\/strong> che contraddistinguono i motori TU \u00e8 relativamente semplice, infatti la sigla TU \u00e8 sempre seguita da un numero che si riferisce alla cilindrata. Ad esempio, 9 sta per 954 cm<sup>3<\/sup>, 1 per 1124, 2 per 1294\u2026). La rimante parte della sigla alfanumerica ne indica la sottoversione. Alla fine della produzione si conteranno <strong>oltre venti diverse versioni di motori TU<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I pregi si possono sostanzialmente riepilogare in <strong>buone prestazioni<\/strong>, <strong>facilit\u00e0 di manutenzione<\/strong>, <strong>estrema affidabilit\u00e0<\/strong> e una <strong>robustezza<\/strong> tale da incassare senza problemi anche <strong>forti chilometraggi<\/strong> mantenendo inalterate tutte le sue doti.<\/p>\n<p>Oggi, a quasi <strong>trentacinque anni dal suo debutto<\/strong> e dopo <strong>diversi milioni di esemplari prodotti<\/strong> possiamo sostanzialmente affermare che il motore PEUGEOT della serie TU ha traghettato la Casa del Leone per quasi 30 anni, garantendo la mobilit\u00e0 di milioni di persone che hanno scelto una PEUGEOT a cavallo dello scorso secolo. Oggi acquistare una vettura da collezione equipaggiata con motore TU, correttamente manutenuto, rappresenta una garanzia di divertimento con costi d\u2019esercizio contenuti.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <img
