Gioco da ragazzi. Arrampicarsi su vette in pendenza in seconda marcia? Nessun problema. Nuovo Ford Ranger riesce ad attraversare pendii obliqui e, in uno slalom su melma e fango, sorprende il conducente con una guida divertente e prodezze che hanno dell&#8217;incredibile. Come quando decidiamo di percorrere il tratto in discesa ripida senza marce (gi\u00e0, in folle) e \u2013 con un filo di gas \u2013 il nuovo pickup del costruttore americano tiene da solo la costante velocit\u00e0 di 6-7 km\/h, mentre noi teniamo il volante e osserviamo, divertiti, tutto quanto circonda la pista di Vairano di Vidigulfo. \u00c8 qui che Ford ci consente la prima, esclusiva prova guida di un pickup affascinante e moderno e, soprattutto, pronto per ogni sfida. In primis quella di contribuire a rafforzare la posizione di \u201cImport leader\u201d in Italia, conseguita da Ford nel 2015 nel mercato dei veicoli commerciali. Ford Ranger si colloca infatti accanto alla famiglia Transit, in una gamma che, partendo dalla portata di 1,5 tonnellate della Fiesta Van, raggiunge con Transit Van le 4,7 tonnellate. Nel segmento dei veicoli professionali, l&#8217;anno scorso Ford si \u00e8 piazzata al secondo posto, subito dopo Fiat Professional, con una quota di mercato dell\u20198,5 per cento e un incremento nei volumi del 39 per cento. All&#8217;interno del settore, Ford Ranger \u00e8 \u201cSegment leader\u201d con una quota del 27,6 per cento.<\/p>\n<p>Per la prova guida ci attende un Doppia Cabina 5 posti (sul mercato sono disponibili anche Cabina Singola 2 posti e Supercab 4 posti) com motore 2.2L a 4 cilindri da 160 cv E5. L&#8217;alternativa \u00e8 il fratello maggiore 3.2L a 5 cilindri e 200 cv. Entrambi possono essere abbinati a un cambio automatico a 6 rapporti. Il percorso laterale al circuito di Vairano ci consente di fargli affrontare ogni tipo di difficolt\u00e0: percorso su fango, acqua alta 60 centimetri, terreni accidentati, percorso misto roccia-fango, salite e discese variamente accentuate e dislivelli di diversa angolazione. La parte indubbiamente pi\u00f9 affascinante \u00e8 costituita dall&#8217;utilizzo dell&#8217;Hdc (Hill Descent Control): lo attiviamo tramite un apposito pulsante sul quadro strumenti e dal volante comandiamo la velocit\u00e0. Dopo aver effettuato qualche discesa, prendiamo confidenza con il percorso e, in marcia, decidiamo di avanzare un po&#8217; di pi\u00f9: con un tocco sull&#8217;acceleratore Ford Ranger \u201ccapisce da solo\u201d le nostre intenzioni e aumenta la velocit\u00e0. Ma solo se il percorso lo consente: in caso contrario il veicolo rallenta, eventualmente fino a fermarsi del tutto. Immediato l&#8217;inserimento della trazione integrale: nel test drive inseriamo il blocco del differenziale prima di affrontare ogni salita, mentre dal 4&#215;2 al 4&#215;4 effettuiamo il passaggio anche in marcia: ad esempio su strada sterrata a poco meno di 120 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p>Con il nuovo pickup Ford completa il rinnovamento della gamma professionale. Un percorso che, dal 2013 ad oggi, ha visto di pari passo il rafforzamento della Rete. In Italia oggi sono un centinaio le concessionarie di veicoli commerciali Ford, all&#8217;interno delle quali emergono 60 Transit Center, specializzati nella vendita e assistenza alla clientela professionale. Accanto a questi un migliaio di punti di assistenza capillarmente distribuiti sul territorio.<\/p>\n<p>Ultima nota sul listino. Ford Ranger Cabina Singola con motore 2.2 \u00e8 in vendita a 22.150 euro in allestimento XL, che pu\u00f2 evolvere a XLT, Limited e, alto di gamma, Wildtrack, con cerchi in lega da 18\u201d, cromature esterne, luci ambiente led, telecamera posteriore e Sync 2 (ultima generazione del sistema di connettivit\u00e0) con schermo touch.<\/p>\n<p><a
