All\u2019evento, organizzato dalla divisione Automotive Aftermarket, hanno partecipato oltre 1700 persone legate al mondo delle Officine Bosch Car Service di tutta Italia e sono state presentate le soluzioni per le officine del futuro nell\u2019ottica di una mobilit\u00e0 sempre pi\u00f9 sostenibile, sicura, connessa e digitale.<\/p>\n<p>Con 400 milioni di euro investiti ogni anno nell\u2019elettromobilit\u00e0, Bosch mira a essere leader di mercato di questo settore entro il 2020. Non solo: oltre a lavorare per la mobilit\u00e0 autonoma, connessa ed elettrica, Bosch sviluppa anche soluzioni per rispettare i nuovi limiti di emissione di CO<sub>2<\/sub> e NO<sub>x<\/sub>. \u201c<em>Quello della mobilit\u00e0 \u00e8 un tema delicato e in forte evoluzione<\/em> \u2013 ha spiegato Alberto Bernini, Regional Director Automotive Aftermarket South Europe -. <em>In vista delle sfide del domani,<\/em> <em>Bosch lavora in direzione di una mobilit\u00e0 sempre pi\u00f9 sicura, connessa e a zero emissioni<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bosch Talks: la comunicazione diventa multidirezionale<br \/>\n<\/strong>Protagonista dell\u2019evoluzione della mobilit\u00e0 sar\u00e0 senza dubbio l\u2019Officina, in grado di gestire le richieste del cliente in modo personalizzato e digitalizzato. La comunicazione assume dunque un ruolo di primo piano per assistere l\u2019utente in modo trasparente e immediato. \u201c<em>L\u2019automobilista \u00e8 al centro di un grande flusso di comunicazione digitale, ricevendo continuamente informazioni e offerte<\/em> \u2013 ha dichiarato Olivier Pontreau, Channel Marketing Manager South Europe \u2013. <em>Al cliente deve dunque essere data la possibilit\u00e0 di scegliere grazie a una comunicazione diretta, trasparente e immediata<\/em>\u201d. Proprio per questo, nel corso del meeting Bosch Car Service, \u00e8 stata presentata <strong>Bosch Talks<\/strong>, la community online esclusiva per Bosch Concessionari, Ricambisti Partner e Reti di Officine Bosch Car Service ed AutoCrew. La community, attiva a livello nazionale da inizio novembre, permette di creare un profilo personale e di utilizzare un sistema di messaggistica diretta accessibile anche tramite App. La comunicazione dunque, passa dall\u2019essere unidirezionale (da Bosch verso le Reti di Officine) a multidirezionale, garantendo lo scambio di informazioni, best practice e idee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MyBoschCarService: preventivo online in pochi clic<br \/>\n<\/strong>Durante il meeting \u00e8 stato inoltre presentato <strong>MyBoschCarService<\/strong>, uno strumento in grado di supportare gli automobilisti nelle proprie scelte, semplificando le relazioni con le officine. Grazie a questa piattaforma online, che sar\u00e0 lanciata ufficialmente nei primi mesi del 2019, l\u2019utente potr\u00e0 ottenere un preventivo immediato relativo a servizi e costi della manutenzione della propria vettura. MyBoschCarService \u00e8 semplice e intuitivo: inseriti targa e chilometraggio dell\u2019auto, il consumatore otterr\u00e0 in tempo reale un preventivo dettagliato per il servizio scelto. Tutti i preventivi saranno elaborati esclusivamente sulla base delle operazioni e dei tempari indicati dal costruttore. Sulla piattaforma MyBoschCarService, ogni Officina Bosch Car Service pu\u00f2 impostare liberamente i propri parametri, agevolando cos\u00ec l\u2019elaborazione dei preventivi.<\/p>\n<p>Grazie alle nuove tecnologie, evolve anche il modo in cui le officine rispondono alle esigenze di clienti e addetti ai lavori.
