In precedenza, ci\u00f2 non era possibile a causa degli elevati costi di investimento iniziali e dei lunghi lead time per lo sviluppo a la produzione degli\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/lulop.com\/proxy\/pf3Q85drXTTX6ebJoblM2kRda0edM7qR5sxb76wH\/aHR0cHM6Ly93d3cueW91dHViZS5jb20vd2F0Y2g_dj1FbDV2cEE4d2RBcw==\"><u>stampi per le parti di ricambio<\/u><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Fino a oggi, la commercializzazione della tecnica di stampaggio su due lati con la tecnologia \u201cDieless\u201d era ritenuta troppo ardua, a causa della difficolt\u00e0 nel programmare due robot per il funzionamento sincronizzato e garantire al tempo stesso una qualit\u00e0 costante. Le tecniche esistenti si basavano principalmente sullo stampaggio su un singolo lato che limita le potenzialit\u00e0 di realizzazione di forme complesse. Posizionando invece i robot e gli utensili sui due lati della lamiera, questi riescono a creare forme pi\u00f9 sofisticate e dettagliate.<\/p>\n<p>La nuova tecnologia \u00e8 stata sviluppata grazie sia al know-how degli ingegneri del Production Engineering Research and Development Center di Nissan, sia ai progressi nella tecnologia dei materiali compiuti dalla Divisione Ricerca di Nissan.<\/p>\n<p>Tre le innovazioni pi\u00f9 importanti che sono state introdotte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>lo sviluppo di programmi avanzati in grado di controllare entrambi i robot con un livello elevato di precisione delle dimensioni che permettono la realizzazione di forme concave e convesse dettagliate;<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019applicazione di un rivestimento diamantato speculare sugli utensili, per ridurre l\u2019attrito ed eliminare la necessit\u00e0 di lubrificazione, con numerosi vantaggi: una qualit\u00e0 omogenea della superficie e un funzionamento ecologico a costi contenuti;<\/li>\n<li>la realizzazione di una logica ottimizzata di pathfinding per i robot sfruttando il vasto know-how e le tecniche di simulazione dello stampaggio comunemente utilizzate dagli ingegneri di prodotto, che ha consentito a Nissan di ottenere risultati di grande qualit\u00e0 gi\u00e0 nelle prime fasi del processo di sviluppo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019innovazione \u00e8 da sempre nel DNA di Nissan e per questo vengono destinate regolarmente risorse in R&amp;S al fine di introdurre progressi tecnologici a favore sia della produzione in serie che dei piccoli volumi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":37597,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"tdm_status":"","tdm_grid_status":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[269,293,294,346],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-37596","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-marche-auto","category-news","category-nissan","category-video"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
