I riconoscimenti verranno consegnati nel corso di una cerimonia di premiazione che si terr\u00e0 il 2 dicembre 2019.<\/p>\n<p>I giudici hanno deciso di premiare Beda Bolzenius per \u201c<em>aver gestito la creazione di una nuova organizzazione globale, MARELLI, con molteplici linee di business, 170 sedi e 62.000 dipendenti, unendo la cultura giapponese e quella italiana sotto la guida di un manager tedesco con un background nordamericano.<\/em><em> Il suo compito \u00e8 quello di mettere a frutto le soluzioni tecnologiche di entrambe le aziende per posizionarsi al meglio nel prossimo decennio dell\u2019elettrificazione\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nel corso dell\u2019ultimo anno, Beda Bolzenius ha guidato l\u2019integrazione di Magneti Marelli e Calsonic Kansei, due fornitori automotive globali di successo riconosciuti a livello internazionale per l\u2019innovazione e l\u2019eccellenza manifatturiera. Nel maggio 2019, le due societ\u00e0 si sono unite sotto un unico brand, MARELLI, creando uno dei maggiori fornitori automotive indipendenti a livello globale.<\/p>\n<p>Con un fatturato netto congiunto di circa 14,6 miliardi di euro (circa 1.825 miliardi di yen<em>*\u00b9<\/em>), MARELLI pu\u00f2 contare su circa 170 fra stabilimenti e centri di Ricerca e Sviluppo, in Europa, Nord America, Sud America e Asia-Pacifico, e su un posizionamento che le consente di competere in maniera ancora pi\u00f9 efficace su scala globale. Come esprime il concetto su cui si fonda il nuovo brand, \u201cPowering Progress Together\u201d, MARELLI si impegna nell\u2019aiutare i propri clienti a muoversi con sicurezza e affermarsi all\u2019interno di un settore che vive una fase di cambiamento senza precedenti.<\/p>\n<p>Beda Bolzenius ha assunto il ruolo di Presidente e CEO di Calsonic Kansei Corporation il 1\u00b0 aprile 2018 ed \u00e8 stato nominato Presidente e CEO di MARELLI nel mese di maggio 2019. Vanta oltre 30 anni di esperienza nel settore automotive, grazie a un prestigioso percorso professionale durato dieci anni presso Johnson Controls &#8211; fornitore globale di componenti per l\u2019automotive \u2013 dove ha ricoperto il ruolo di Vice Presidente delle operazioni della societ\u00e0 nella regione Asia-Pacifico, in aggiunta a quello di Presidente di Automotive Experience. Ha inoltre occupato diverse posizioni dirigenziali nella divisione automotive della societ\u00e0 in mercati internazionali, quali Cina, Germania e Stati Uniti.
