Due esemplari dell\u2019auto rally elettrica a batteria stanno affrontando i test di durata presso il Centro Prove di Dudenhofen.<br \/>\u201cAbbiamo due obiettivi\u201d ha dichiarato J\u00f6rg Schrott, Opel Motorsport Director. \u201cIn questa prima fase, le due auto macinano chilometri su chilometri per ottenere la massima quantit\u00e0 di dati. Non esiste alcuna esperienza di auto rally elettriche a cui rifarsi, per cui inizialmente abbiamo dovuto affidarci a calcoli e simulazioni, che vengono gradualmente sostituiti dai dati reali. Ci stiamo concentrando inoltre sui carichi e sulla gestione della temperatura della batteria nelle condizioni tipiche delle prove rally e dobbiamo adattare il software. Bisogna garantire le stesse opportunit\u00e0 a tutti i partecipanti\u201d, ha spiegato J\u00f6rg Schrott.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAbbiamo deciso inoltre che la Corsa-e Rally deve eguagliare e superare, i gi\u00e0 elevati standard del precedente modello a benzina, la Opel ADAM Cup. Anche in questo caso siamo sulla strada giusta. La potenza \u00e8 pressoch\u00e9 identica, ma i 260 Nm di coppia sono di gran lunga superiori rispetto a quelli della ADAM Cup. Il baricentro \u00e8 basso, grazie alla batteria montata sotto il pianale, e anche la distribuzione dei pesi \u00e8 eccellente, il che \u00e8 estremamente importante per una vettura da competizione, che deve essere particolarmente agile. Adesso<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>dobbiamo trovare l\u2019assetto pi\u00f9 equilibrato del telaio, per cui a gennaio inizieremo a simulare alcune vere prove speciali\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo aver completato lo sviluppo della Opel Corsa-e Rally, si proceder\u00e0 alla costruzione di una vettura che servir\u00e0 da modello per le auto destinate alla clientela. Si prevede di costruire circa 20 esemplari per la stagione 2020\/21, dei quali un massimo di 15 saranno consegnati ai team clienti in estate, in tempo per il primo evento di prova di luglio.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019assetto ideale: modalit\u00e0 di guida per le prove speciali e sessioni su strada<\/p>\n<p>La Opel Corsa-e Rally monta la stessa batteria dell\u2019auto di serie. La capacit\u00e0 della batteria \u00e8 di 50 kWh e permette di raggiungere un\u2019autonomia di 337 km nel ciclo WLTP. Per ottimizzare l\u2019autonomia per le prove rally, sono previste tre modalit\u00e0 di guida: in \u201cmodalit\u00e0 competizione\u201d, la massima potenza e la coppia massima sono disponibili. Le auto elettriche vantano una coppia particolarmente elevata, per cui la \u201cmodalit\u00e0 pioggia\u201d offre una curva della coppia adatta alle superfici scivolose. Nei trasferimenti tra una prova e l\u2019altra e per raggiungere l\u2019assistenza le squadre utilizzeranno la \u201cmodalit\u00e0 eco\u201d orientata al risparmio di energia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c8 gi\u00e0 possibile ordinare la Opel Corsa-e Rally, mentre ci si potr\u00e0 iscrivere alla ADAC Opel e-Rally Cup 2020\/21 a partire dal 15 dicembre 2019.
