Alla nuova unit\u00e0 propulsiva MGU05, sviluppata integralmente da Audi Sport, si affianca un look inedito. Audi e-tron FE07 debutter\u00e0 in pista in occasione dei test pre-campionato di Valencia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La nuova stagione di Formula E, che avr\u00e0 inizio in Cile a met\u00e0 gennaio, vedr\u00e0 la serie elettrica evolvere in Campionato del Mondo FIA. Una prima assoluta. Per Audi, l\u2019impegno in una competizione sportiva ai massimi livelli non \u00e8 mai fine a s\u00e9 stesso. Nel caso della Formula E, la partecipazione al circus s\u2019inserisce nel processo di trasformazione della Casa dei quattro anelli in fornitore di servizi per la mobilit\u00e0 sostenibile e digitale. \u201cIl Motorsport \u00e8 sempre stato al centro della strategia Audi per lo sviluppo di tecnologie avanguardistiche. Non a caso, \u00e8 proprio in questo ambito che nasce il motto Audi \u2018Vorsprung durch Technik\u2019, traducibile con \u2018All\u2019avanguardia della tecnica\u2019 e identificativo della produzione della Casa dei quattro anelli\u201d, afferma il team principal Allan McNish.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Per Audi, la settima stagione in Formula E \u00e8 caratterizzata da un debutto della massima importanza. \u201cAudi e-tron FE07 \u00e8 dotata di un powertrain elettrico completamente nuovo, per la prima volta sviluppato internamente all\u2019Azienda\u201d, spiega Stefan Aicher, Responsabile Sviluppo Motori Elettrici di Audi Sport. Nelle stagioni precedenti \u00e8 stata utilizzata una versione, evoluta e ottimizzata anno per anno, della catena cinematica realizzata insieme al partner tecnologico Schaeffler.<\/p>\n<p>Il trasferimento all\u2019interno di Audi Sport di tutte le fasi di progettazione ha consentito di realizzare una MGU (Motor Generator Unit) inedita, partendo da un foglio bianco. \u201cAbbiamo avuto la possibilit\u00e0, tutt\u2019altro che comune, di spingerci al limite in tutti gli ambiti: dall\u2019ideazione del concept alla produzione dei primi prototipi, dall\u2019affinamento al banco allo shakedown in pista\u201d, afferma Aicher.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Il risultato di questa certosina attivit\u00e0 \u00e8 un nuovo \u201ccuore\u201d, denominato Audi MGU05, caratterizzato da un motore elettrico con trasmissione monomarcia e struttura a rotore interno e magneti esterni, assistito da un sistema di raffreddamento ad alta portata e forte di ben sei fasi per l\u2019ottimizzazione dell\u2019erogazione di coppia. Grazie al raffinato mix di materiali e alla perfetta integrazione del powertrain nella struttura della monoposto, gli ingegneri guidati da Stefan Aicher hanno ottenuto un significativo alleggerimento rispetto all\u2019unit\u00e0 propulsiva precedente.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI chilogrammi \u2018risparmiati\u2019 in fase di progettazione hanno consentito di orientare lo sviluppo della MGU alla massima efficienza e affidabilit\u00e0. Nonostante ci\u00f2, il nuovo powertrain \u00e8 caratterizzato da un peso inferiore a 35 kg\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019efficienza \u00e8 il fattore cruciale per avere successo in Formula E. \u201cEcco perch\u00e9 facciamo di tutto per ridurre al minimo le dissipazioni d\u2019energia all\u2019interno del sistema\u201d, afferma Tristan Summerscale, Project Manager Formula E di Audi Sport. \u00c8 fondamentale, a tal proposito, lo sviluppo intensivo al banco prova. Mediante cicli di carico particolarmente severi, la catena cinematica viene portata al limite, cos\u00ec da abbinare affidabilit\u00e0 e performance. Un lavoro d\u2019alto livello che ha portato a un primo successo: \u201cAbbiamo ottenuto un\u2019efficienza complessiva della vettura superiore al 95%. La nuova MGU raggiunge addirittura picchi del 97% nelle condizioni di marcia pi\u00f9 rilevanti\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Non meno decisiva la compattezza del sistema. \u201cSe confrontiamo l\u2019MGU con un motore a combustione di potenza simile, da circa 340 CV, il nostro powertrain non solo garantisce un\u2019efficienza doppia, ma con un peso inferiore a 35 chilogrammi risulta anche incomparabilmente pi\u00f9 leggero\u201d, afferma Tristan Summerscale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Audi e-tron FE07 \u2013 affidata ai piloti Lucas di Grassi e Ren\u00e9 Rast \u2013 si presenta in un look rivisitato: ai componenti verniciati in giallo sole e al verde caratteristico del partner Schaeffler si accompagna la tinta bianca estesa all\u2019intero frontale. \u201cSalgono\u201d a bordo della monoposto due nuovi partner: Castrol, specialista in lubrificanti, e la maison Casamoda.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Il debutto in pista di Audi e-tron FE07 avverr\u00e0 sul circuito Ricardo Tormo di Valencia, dove da sabato 28 novembre i dodici team in lizza saranno impegnati negli unici test collettivi pre-stagionali, al termine dei quali le vetture partiranno verso il Sud America, dove avr\u00e0 inizio il Campionato.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":51806,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"tdm_status":"","tdm_grid_status":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[357,7853,293],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-51804","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-audi","category-motorsport","category-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
