All\u2019abbattimento del 90% degli ossidi di azoto e delle polveri sottili contribuiscono soprattutto il sistema twin dosing a doppia iniezione d\u2019urea per i propulsori TDI e il filtro antiparticolato per i motori a benzina TFSI.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nonostante la pandemia da Coronavirus e le inevitabili contrazioni negli orari di lavoro e nella capacit\u00e0 produttiva delle fabbriche, Audi ha adeguato pressoch\u00e9 l\u2019intera gamma in funzione dei valori limite previsti dalla normativa antinquinamento Euro 6 d-ISC-FCM (WLTP 3.0). Un risultato cui ha contribuito l\u2019ottimale sfruttamento dei banchi prova presso i siti tedeschi di Ingolstadt e Neckarsulm. Ad oggi, i \u201cmodelli\u201d omologati in base alle nuove disposizioni sono 193 e le poche versioni rimanenti seguiranno nei primi mesi dell\u2019anno. Il passaggio allo standard WLTP 3.0 non ha portato alcuna cancellazione all\u2019interno del portfolio prodotti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Audi A4 e Audi A5: omologate 58 combinazioni di motore e trasmissione<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le autorit\u00e0 preposte all\u2019omologazione dei veicoli identificano con il termine \u201cmodello\u201d ogni combinazione di motore e trasmissione \u2013 intesa come cambio e sistema di trazione \u2013 dedicata a una determinata configurazione di carrozzeria. Le famiglie Audi A4 e Audi A5, ad esempio, prevedono complessivamente 58 combinazioni di motore e trasmissione.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La normativa sui gas di scarico Euro 6 \u00e8 in vigore per i veicoli nuovi sin dal 2015. A partire da tale data, le vetture devono rispettare i seguenti limiti per gli ossidi di azoto: 80 milligrammi per chilometro per i motori Diesel e 60 milligrammi per chilometro nel caso dei benzina. Attraverso ogni step successivo, l\u2019Unione Europea ha reso pi\u00f9 severi gli standard concernenti le procedure e i cicli di rilevamento. La certificazione Euro 6d-ISC-FCM, in vigore dal 1 gennaio 2021 per tutti i veicoli nuovi, integra in modo pi\u00f9 stringente rispetto allo stadio precedente le Real Driving Emissions (RDE), vale a dire le emissioni nella marcia effettiva su strada anzich\u00e9 al banco prova.<\/p>\n<p>Oggi, infatti, i veicoli devono rispettare i valori limite anche nell\u2019ambito dei test RDE, pur con minime tolleranze. In aggiunta, la normativa Euro 6d prescrive la presenza a bordo delle vetture di un inedito sistema per il monitoraggio dei consumi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Audi responsabile dello sviluppo dei motori V6 TDI all\u2019interno del Gruppo Volkswagen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Audi pu\u00f2 contare su emissioni inferiori ai limiti previsti dalla pi\u00f9 recente normativa antinquinamento. Quanto ai modelli Diesel, la tecnologia twin-dosing \u2013 a doppia iniezione d\u2019urea \u2013 si \u00e8 dimostrata decisiva tanto per i propulsori a quattro cilindri quanto per i 6 cilindri a V. Una soluzione dedicata inizialmente ai motori V6 TDI di nuova generazione, del cui sviluppo Audi \u00e8 responsabile all\u2019interno del Gruppo Volkswagen, e progressivamente estesa, nel corso del 2020, ai quadricilindrici appannaggio delle famiglie Audi A3, Audi A4, Audi A5, Audi A6, Audi A7 Sportback e Audi Q5.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Quanto alle unit\u00e0 a benzina, l\u2019attenzione si \u00e8 concentrata sull\u2019abbattimento delle polveri sottili e del particolato generati soprattutto nelle fasi di avviamento a freddo.
