Sviluppato per aprire la strada al futuro dei servizi clienti automatizzati, DAL-e \u00e8 dotato di una tecnologia di intelligenza artificiale all\u2019avanguardia per riconoscere i volti e di un sistema di comunicazione automatico basato su una piattaforma di comprensione del linguaggio.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDAL-e \u00e8 una piattaforma di servizi di nuova generazione in grado di offrire in qualsiasi momento un servizio clienti personalizzato. Il nostro obiettivo \u00e8 consentire a Dal-e di impegnarsi in una comunicazione fluida e piacevole con i clienti e di presentare loro servizi di valore\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Negli scorsi giorni, Hyundai Motor Group ha annunciato la presentazione inaugurale di DAL-e presso lo showroom Hyundai a Seul, dove il robot ha cominciato la sua operazione pilota. A seguito di questa fase, \u00e8 previsto l\u2019utilizzo di DAL-e in diversi settori che richiedono interazioni quotidiane con i clienti, come in altri showroom Hyundai e Kia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Con il suo corpo umanoide che presenta un look affabile (misura 1.160x600x600 mm e pesa 80 kg) DAL-e \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 leggero e compatto rispetto ad altri robot sul mercato per guidare o assistere i clienti.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>DAL-e presenta caratteristiche fisiche amichevoli ed emotive per interagire al meglio con i clienti. Nel caso in cui un cliente entrasse nello showroom senza indossare una mascherina protettiva, il robot lo rileverebbe e gli chiederebbe di indossarla. In termini di capacit\u00e0 di comunicazione, il robot \u00e8 capace di sostenere autonomamente una conversazione lineare con i clienti dando loro informazioni utili su prodotti e servizi, rispondendo a richieste verbali o impartite attraverso uno schermo touch.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In termini di mobilit\u00e0, Dal-e si pu\u00f2 muovere liberamente accompagnando i clienti verso diverse posizioni all\u2019interno dello showroom attraverso quattro ruote omnidirezionali. Inoltre, fornisce informazioni come le caratteristiche dei veicoli e delle tecnologie connettendosi in modalit\u00e0 wireless a un ampio schermo all\u2019interno dello showroom, invitando i clienti a farsi una foto con lui, o riproducendo feedback gestuali con le proprie braccia.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Nel salone espositivo in cui \u00e8 stato avviato il progetto pilota, DAL-e \u00e8 incaricato di facilitare il flusso di lavoro dello staff offrendo supporto ai clienti, compresi coloro che preferiscono non essere serviti dal personale in luce della pandemia da Covid-19 attualmente in corso, oppure le persone che visitano lo showroom in momenti di picco come nei weekend.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hyundai Motor Group pianifica di portare avanti in maniera continuativa gli aggiornamenti a DAL-e basandosi sui dati registrati durante il progetto pilota, perfezionando le sue capacit\u00e0 come avanzato robot androide.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":53813,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"tdm_status":"","tdm_grid_status":"","footnotes":""},"categories":[402,293],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-53812","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-hyundai","category-news"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
