Sulle strade della gara pi\u00f9 antica del mondo, la Targa Florio, \u00e8 stato uno dei pi\u00f9 giovani talenti italiani \u2013 Christopher jr. Lucchesi<\/strong>\u2013 con la pi\u00f9 nuova delle PEUGEOT da competizione – la 208 Rally 4 \u2013 a imporsi nettamente non solo ai fini del Peugeot Competition 208 Rally Cup TOP<\/em><\/strong>, ma anche nella categoria delle Rally4.<\/p>\n

Un successo particolarmente significativo, visto che il toscano classe \u201999 ha avuto la meglio non solo sui suoi diretti concorrenti del trofeo promozionale PEUGEOT, ma anche rispetto ad altri piloti di grande nome: una sorta di laurea per Christopher, ma anche di conferma della competitivit\u00e0 della PEUGEOT 208 Rally 4 gommata Pirelli rispetto a vecchie e nuove rivali di categoria.<\/p>\n

In grado di lottare per il successo di categoria sin dal via, e dominatore assoluto da met\u00e0 gara in poi, Lucchesi ha confermato il primato gi\u00e0 ottenuto a Sanremo, anche se Federico Santini<\/strong> e Nicola Cazzaro<\/strong>, classificati nell\u2019ordine alle sue spalle, non hanno mai rinunciato a insidiarlo.<\/p>\n

Conferma anche fra le precedenti PEUGEOT 208 R2B<\/strong> con motore 1.6 aspirato, con Fabio Farina<\/strong> di nuovo ai vertici. Il ventiquattrenne trentino \u00e8 riuscito a spuntare un eccellente secondo posto di classe (alle spalle della vettura gemella del locale Ernesto Riolo, non iscritto al Peugeot Competition) e con questo risultato \u00e8 sempre pi\u00f9 saldamente al comando della sua categoria in questa prima fase del Peugeot Competition 208 Rally Cup TOP<\/em><\/strong> 2021. Lucchesi da una parte e Farina dall\u2019altra sono stati anche i pi\u00f9 veloci nella power stage per la rispettiva classe.<\/p>\n

Per ora, dunque, procede in parallelo il cammino dei due leader, entrambi a quota 33 punti. Infatti per la prima fase della stagione, che oltre al Sanremo e Targa Florio comprende anche il rally di San Marino su terra, i piloti conquistano punti in base alle rispettive classifiche di classe (e riceveranno premi distinti), mentre nelle quattro gare conclusive del calendario (Roma, Millemiglia, Due Valli e Liburna Terra) le due categorie verranno riunite e verr\u00e0 stilata una classifica unica che porter\u00e0 a definire il campione 2021 del 208 Rally Cup TOP<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n
