LA PAROLA AI 3 TOP DEALER ITALIANI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La rivoluzione dei paradigmi distributivi al centro del dibattito all\u2019Automotive Dealer Day, che stamattina ha visto i numeri uno dei primi tre gruppi italiani, Eurocar Italia, Autotorino e Intergea (che insieme esprimono un fatturato aggregato di circa 3,5 miliardi di euro), confrontarsi sul tema caldo del contratto di agenzia, destinato a subentrare come modello prevalente di <em>dealership<\/em> a partire dal 2023 per effetto delle nuove regole europee a tutela della concorrenza (nuova Ber).<\/p>\n<p>Per <strong>Plinio Vanini<\/strong>, presidente del Gruppo Autotorino: \u201cMi hanno spiegato che il modello dell\u2019agenzia \u00e8 simile a quello delle edicole, con la vendita dei giornali a prezzo fisso; peccato che le edicole stiano fallendo e soprattutto che il giorno dopo il giornale non si restituisca. Le nostre non sono edicole ma aziende importanti con responsabilit\u00e0 nei confronti di migliaia di famiglie. Non siamo assolutamente contro il cambiamento, per\u00f2 rivendichiamo l\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di esserne protagonisti, per costruirlo insieme (alle case). Per ora siamo solo nel campo delle opinioni, occorrono elementi per un\u2019analisi approfondita e stabilire tempi e modi per la messa a terra del nuovo sistema. Serve entrare nel merito: che ne sar\u00e0, ad esempio degli investimenti pregressi sin qui effettuati dai concessionari?\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRitengo che il modello di agenzia possa andare benissimo in un momento come questo, in cui la produzione di auto \u00e8 inferiore alla domanda dei clienti, ma in un periodo normale a mio avviso questo modello non funziona\u201d. Un\u2019impostazione, quella dell\u2019agenzia, che per il presidente del Gruppo Intergea, <strong>Alberto Di Tanno<\/strong>, \u201cnon garantir\u00e0 pi\u00f9 l\u2019attuale penetrazione dei servizi per i consumatori che compongono buona parte del business dei concessionari. Con il modello di agenzia \u2013 ha concluso Di Tanno &#8211; per la prima volta faremmo una cosa prima noi rispetto agli Stati Uniti, perch\u00e9 non mi risulta che Oltreoceano abbiano intenzione di modificare l\u2019attuale rete\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Diversa la vision di<strong> Matthias Moser<\/strong>, direttore generale del Gruppo Eurocar Italia, braccio commerciale di Porsche Holding: \u201cIeri, oggi e anche domani i concessionari giocheranno un ruolo centrale nella distribuzione auto perch\u00e9 rimangono l\u2019unico punto fisico di contatto con i clienti. Eurocar Italia \u00e8 convinta che il modello di agenzia possa essere molto interessante sia per i nostri clienti che per i concessionari. Sul primo aspetto, venendo meno il fattore prezzo aumenter\u00e0 ulteriormente la qualit\u00e0 della consulenza nei confronti dei clienti, basata sulle caratteristiche tecnologiche dei mezzi. Sul fronte dei concessionari, diminuir\u00e0 il rischio che sar\u00e0 in gran parte trasferito all\u2019importatore mentre \u00e8 prevista una certa redditivit\u00e0 sostenibile al dealer. I test sul modello di agenzia che abbiamo fatto in Austria hanno registrato grande apprezzamento\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Secondo l\u2019indagine DealerSTAT, realizzata annualmente da Quintegia sul 60% dei concessionari italiani, il 53% dei top dealer (oltre 150 milioni di fatturato) non ritiene l\u2019agenzia adatta alla loro realt\u00e0, mentre si dimostrano pi\u00f9 aperti i piccoli dealer. Complessivamente, il fronte del \u2018s\u00ec\u2019 si attesta al 60%, ma con diversi distinguo: solo il 24% dei rispondenti ritiene infatti che quella di agente possa essere una formula adatta a qualsiasi marchio, mentre il 16% sostiene che il nuovo formato possa essere adottato solo per alcuni marchi rappresentati ed eventualmente per altri da aggiungere.
