In questo contesto,<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"913\">Toyota<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>sembra giocare un campionato a parte.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"955\" data-end=\"1418\">Nel<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"967\">2024<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>il gruppo giapponese ha venduto<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"1000\" data-end=\"1027\">10,8 milioni di veicoli<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>nel mondo, confermandosi per il<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1087\">quinto anno consecutivo<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>come primo costruttore globale, nonostante un calo del 3,7% dei volumi totali.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-state=\"closed\"> Mentre il mercato europeo cresce appena (+0,8% nel 2024) e le immatricolazioni di<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1293\">EV<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>puri scendono dell\u20191,2%, sono proprio le<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"1335\" data-end=\"1345\">ibride<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>a tenere a galla le statistiche.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1420\" data-end=\"1672\">Il risultato \u00e8 che, mentre molti competitor rivedono piani industriali e target di elettrificazione,<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1531\">Toyota<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>continua a crescere nelle aree chiave e a riempire l\u2019ordine del giorno con<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1617\">record<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>di produzione, vendite e \u2013 soprattutto \u2013<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1671\">profitti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1716\">Record produttivi e vendite da primato<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1718\" data-end=\"2220\">Sul fronte industriale, la fotografia \u00e8 chiara: nel primo semestre<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"1793\">2025<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>la<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"1797\" data-end=\"1819\">produzione globale<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>di<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"1823\" data-end=\"1833\">Toyota<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u00e8 salita del<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"1847\" il<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"2028\" data-end=\"2055\">quinto mese consecutivo<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>di crescita produttiva, con<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2103\">926.987 veicoli<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>costruiti (+4%) e vendite globali in aumento per il<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"2156\" data-end=\"2179\">decimo mese di fila<\/strong>.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2222\" data-end=\"2530\">Nei primi dieci mesi del 2025 le vendite hanno raggiunto<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"2279\" data-end=\"2303\">8,7 milioni di unit\u00e0<\/strong>, con un mix che dice molto sulla strategia del marchio: ben il<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"2367\" data-end=\"2374\">42%<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>delle vendite \u00e8 composto da<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"2403\" data-end=\"2413\">ibride<\/strong>, mentre le<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"2425\" data-end=\"2450\">elettriche a batteria<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>pesano ancora appena intorno al<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"2483\" data-end=\"2489\">2%<\/strong>.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2532\" data-end=\"2967\">Gi\u00e0 nel 2024, su base annua, le<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"2564\" data-end=\"2581\">ibride Toyota<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>avevano toccato un massimo storico: oltre il<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"2627\" data-end=\"2634\">40%<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>delle vendite di Toyota e Lexus era elettrificato full-hybrid, contro l\u20191,4% di sole<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"2720\" data-end=\"2727\">BEV<\/strong>.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<span data-state=\"closed\">\u00a0Il messaggio \u00e8 semplice: mentre una parte dell\u2019industria si \u00e8 spinta aggressivamente sull\u2019elettrico puro,\u00a0<strong data-start=\"2873\" data-end=\"2883\">Toyota<\/strong>\u00a0ha preferito spingere forte sull\u2019<strong data-start=\"2917\" data-end=\"2927\">ibrido<\/strong>\u00a0e oggi ne sta raccogliendo i dividendi.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2969\" data-end=\"3021\">Il boom dell\u2019ibrido: la carta vincente di Toyota<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3023\" data-end=\"3295\">La vera chiave del<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"3042\" data-end=\"3060\">dominio Toyota<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>sta proprio nel<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"3077\" data-end=\"3097\">boom dell\u2019ibrido<\/strong>. Nel 2024 le<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"3111\" data-end=\"3155\">vendite globali di modelli ibridi Toyota<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>sono cresciute di oltre il<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"3183\" data-end=\"3190\">21%<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>su base annua, a conferma di una domanda in forte accelerazione.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3297\" data-end=\"3687\">In<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"3300\" data-end=\"3310\">Europa<\/strong>, il quadro \u00e8 ancora pi\u00f9 netto: quasi<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"3348\" data-end=\"3373\">un\u2019auto ibrida su due<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>immatricolata nel 2024 portava un logo<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"3413\" data-end=\"3423\">Toyota<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>o<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"3426\" data-end=\"3435\">Lexus<\/strong>, e circa il<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"3448\" data-end=\"3455\">75%<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>delle immatricolazioni Toyota passeggeri nella regione \u00e8 costituito da modelli ibridi.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<span data-state=\"closed\">\u00a0In altre parole, se oggi il cliente europeo sceglie un\u2019<strong data-start=\"3636\" data-end=\"3651\">auto ibrida<\/strong>, molto spesso sceglie\u00a0<strong data-start=\"3674\" data-end=\"3684\">Toyota<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3689\" data-end=\"4155\">Il contesto generale gioca a favore del gruppo giapponese. In Europa le<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"3761\" data-end=\"3780\">auto elettriche<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>pure hanno visto una crescita stagnante, con quota di mercato sostanzialmente ferma e, in alcuni Paesi, un calo delle immatricolazioni rispetto all\u2019anno precedente.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<span data-state=\"closed\">\u00a0Al contrario, le\u00a0<strong data-start=\"4001\" data-end=\"4011\">ibride<\/strong>\u00a0sono state l\u2019unico tipo di motorizzazione a registrare un incremento significativo di vendite nel 2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4157\" data-end=\"4427\">Per molti automobilisti, soprattutto in Italia ed Europa, l\u2019<strong data-start=\"4217\" data-end=\"4227\">ibrido<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>rappresenta un compromesso rassicurante: consumi ridotti, costi d\u2019acquisto ancora gestibili e nessuna ansia da ricarica. \u00c8 esattamente il terreno di gioco su cui<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"4390\" data-end=\"4400\">Toyota<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>lavora da oltre vent\u2019anni.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"4429\" data-end=\"4486\">Profitti record mentre gli altri stringono la cinghia<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"4488\" data-end=\"4929\">I numeri di<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"4500\" data-end=\"4512\">bilancio<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>spiegano perch\u00e9 il titolo Toyota continui a essere percepito come \u201cporto sicuro\u201d nel settore auto. Nell\u2019esercizio chiuso a marzo<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"4642\" data-end=\"4650\">2024<\/strong>, il gruppo ha<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"4665\" data-end=\"4694\">raddoppiato l\u2019utile netto<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>fino a circa<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"4708\" data-end=\"4731\">4,9 trilioni di yen<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>(oltre 30 miliardi di dollari), con ricavi saliti del<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"4786\" data-end=\"4793\">21%<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>a circa<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"4802\" data-end=\"4824\">45 trilioni di yen<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>e vendite globali passate da 8,8 a<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"4860\" data-end=\"4886\">9,4 milioni di veicoli<\/strong>.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4931\" data-end=\"5346\">Il<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"4934\" data-end=\"4955\">margine operativo<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>ha superato l\u2019<strong data-start=\"4970\" data-end=\"4977\">11%<\/strong>, con un<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"4986\" data-end=\"5005\">utile operativo<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>di circa<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"5015\" data-end=\"5039\">5,35 trilioni di yen<\/strong>, quasi il doppio rispetto all\u2019anno precedente.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<span data-state=\"closed\">\u00a0All\u2019interno del business automobilistico, i ricavi sono cresciuti di oltre il\u00a0<strong data-start=\"5205\" data-end=\"5212\">22%<\/strong>, mentre l\u2019utile operativo della divisione auto \u00e8 balzato di circa il\u00a0<strong data-start=\"5282\" data-end=\"5290\">112%<\/strong>\u00a0anno su anno.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5348\" data-end=\"5711\">Anche nel primo semestre dell\u2019anno fiscale 2025 (aprile-settembre 2025), con un contesto pi\u00f9 complesso e maggiori investimenti in tecnologia e capitale umano,<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"5507\" data-end=\"5517\">Toyota<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>resta saldamente in utile: i ricavi consolidati sono cresciuti del<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"5585\" data-end=\"5593\">5,8%<\/strong>a<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"5596\" data-end=\"5621\">24,63 trilioni di yen<\/strong>, con oltre<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"5633\" data-end=\"5649\">4,78 milioni<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>di veicoli venduti.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"5713\" data-end=\"6110\">Mentre molti costruttori europei ed elettrici puri vedono i margini erodersi a causa della<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"5804\" data-end=\"5825\">guerra dei prezzi<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>in Cina, della frenata della domanda EV e di pesanti investimenti per rispettare le future norme sulle emissioni,<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"5940\" data-end=\"5950\">Toyota<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>riesce a finanziare il proprio \u201cmulti-percorso\u201d tecnologico \u2013<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"6013\" data-end=\"6023\">ibrido<\/strong>,<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"6025\" data-end=\"6036\">plug-in<\/strong>,<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"6038\" data-end=\"6051\">elettrico<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>e<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"6054\" data-end=\"6066\">idrogeno<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 partendo da una base di profitti robusta.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"6112\" data-end=\"6178\">Multi-percorso, efficienza e domanda reale: il \u201cmetodo Toyota\u201d<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"6180\" data-end=\"6682\">Come fa<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"6188\" data-end=\"6198\">Toyota<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>a dominare? La risposta \u00e8 un mix di<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"6235\" data-end=\"6257\">strategia prodotto<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>e disciplina industriale. A livello globale, l\u2019azienda spinge da anni una strategia<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"6342\" data-end=\"6359\">multi-pathway<\/strong>: non solo auto a batteria, ma una gamma completa di<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"6412\" data-end=\"6422\">ibride<\/strong>,<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"6424\" data-end=\"6442\">ibride plug-in<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>e, in alcuni mercati, modelli a<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"6475\" data-end=\"6499\">celle a combustibile<\/strong>, con l\u2019obiettivo dichiarato di massimizzare la riduzione di CO\u2082 per vettura venduta, tenendo conto delle infrastrutture reali di ogni Paese.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6684\" data-end=\"7206\">In Europa, questa scelta si traduce in una leadership fortissima sull\u2019<strong data-start=\"6754\" data-end=\"6764\">ibrido<\/strong>: nel 2024<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"6775\" data-end=\"6798\">Toyota Motor Europe<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>ha raggiunto vendite record con oltre<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"6837\" data-end=\"6864\">1,21 milioni di veicoli<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>e una quota del<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"6881\" data-end=\"6889\">7,1%<\/strong>, spinta quasi esclusivamente dalle motorizzazioni elettrificate.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><span data-state=\"closed\"> La domanda \u00e8 talmente alta che, in media, un cliente europeo deve attendere<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"7071\" data-end=\"7087\">60-70 giorni<\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>per ricevere la propria<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"7112\" data-end=\"7129\">Toyota ibrida<\/strong>, circa il doppio rispetto al 2020.<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"7208\" data-end=\"7630\">Sul lato industriale restano centrali i classici pilastri del<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"7270\" data-end=\"7287\">metodo Toyota<\/strong>:<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong data-start=\"7289\" data-end=\"7299\">kaizen<\/strong>, just-in-time, gestione snella della catena di fornitura.
